Medications for Impotence

Medications for ImpotenceWe have grown up believing that eventually science will save us. When Viagra hit the scene over ten years ago, it was thought that impotence was cured once and for all. But did you know that about 50% of men don’t get any help from medications for impotence? (That’s according to “The New York Times”.)

The Good News

Even though many men still have impotence despite taking popular medications for impotence, it doesn’t mean that they can’t be cured. For thousands of years, it was thought that a man’s sexual potency was a force completely out of his own control. Impotency was thought to be either a curse from a witch or a sign that the Gods were not pleased with you.

Even in the more enlightened times of the late 1900’s, impotence was thought to be a mental or psychological problem and needed to be treated that way. Because so many men have improved their sex lives by using medications for impotence, it has been proven that impotence is a physical problem and can be treated like any other physical problem, such as high blood pressure or arthritis.

What Did Men Do Before Viagra?

Although perhaps not spoken about openly, men turned to herbs long before Viagra was a twinkle in Madison Avenue’s eye. Keep in mind that no amount of herbs will help impotence if you are generally unhealthy or are suffering from a serious illness. Before you take any herbal remedy or even a nutritional supplement, please check with your doctor to be sure that your impotence isn’t due to an underlying medical condition.

Also, please talk to your doctor about using herbs or other alternative therapies so that you are sure that nothing will aggravate any medical condition you may already have. Even though herbs may be natural, they still should be treated with the respect of a prescription medication.

Many herbs that have been used include the aptly named horny goat weed, also known as epimedium or Yin Yang Yuo in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This is usually available in a pill or a liquid tincture form. This is one of the herbs used in herbal formulas to promote male sexual potency. Its often mixed with ginseng, yohimbe and catuaba.

But nonetheless, ProVigraX still got our highest recommendation. Click here to see why.

How To Stop Premature Ejaculation

November 6th, 2008 by Jim Johnson

How to Stop Premature Ejaculation First, I find it imperative to state that experiencing a premature ejaculation is a natural occurrence in every man’s life at one point or another. There is nothing to be ashamed of or embarrassed about when it does happen. In fact, the worrying and stressing about performance can only serve to increase the problem. Nearly 70 % of all adult males have reported having experienced a premature ejaculation at sometime and I would wager the number could be even higher.

The causes for experiencing a premature ejaculation can be the result of many factors, for example stress, over excitement and even eager anticipation can cause a premature ejaculation. In rare cases, the reason may be a result of a medical issue, if so then it is prudent to consult a qualified physician. This particular piece will focus on possible non-medical reasons that may result in premature ejaculation and a few simple methods to prevent it.

It is my understanding that stress is one of the major reason for sexual dysfunction. If there are too many things on your mind it will become difficult to perform in a satisfactory and pleasurable fashion. A good form of stress relief is to light candles and play soft music. Sounds corny but it works. Take your time and try and clear all thoughts and let your instinct go primal, so to speak. . Something a simple as slowing down the rate of motion when the urge starts to build will often slow down ejaculation. Trying not to focus too strongly on the act at hand can also help in extending an erection. I have heard men say the think of baseball or something that is not as exciting as the act at hand.

Speaking of hands, masturbation is a fine exercise that will help to extend the erection time. As they say, practice makes perfect and there is nothing wrong with trying to bring yourself to a climax and then stopping right before achieving a climax. Another simple and affordable method is by purchasing Last Longer pills. This is a combination of ingredients that simultaneously attack and eliminate each of premature ejaculation causes, thus completely eradicating all aspects of premature ejaculation – both physical as well as psychological.

All in all, if the problem is only occasional, while it can be disappointing is not something to stress over, relax and enjoy, your body knows what it wants and needs and if you follow your natural instinct the results are surely to be pleasurable.

Erectile Dysfunction Causes

October 27th, 2008 by Jim Johnson

Erectile Dysfunction Causes Erectile dysfunction causes are many and varied, and it is for this reason that men often find themselves unable to determine exactly what it is that’s causing their problem. Often stress is blamed, but such a simplistic explanation does not offer up any potential corrective causes of action. It is for this reason that men suffering from erectile dysfunction should seek to identify more specific medical or psychological causes for their impotence in order that they might consequently be able to improve the situation.

Among the major erectile dysfunction causes are arterial disorders such as peripheral vascular disease and hypertension, both of which are relatively common among middle-aged men and which can cause reduced blood flow to the penis and other extremities. Those suffering from erectile dysfunction related to diabetes may also find that poor circulation is at the root of their problem. Similarly, any hormonal disorders - low testosterone levels, for instance - can contribute to poor general health and must be corrected as soon as possible.

One of the less common erectile dysfunction causes is Peyronie’s disease, a disorder of the soft tissue of the penis in which fibrous plaques form in the tunica albuginea. The result of this is initially a distinct upward curve of the penis along with a tolerable level of pain, although later in the development of the disease erectile dysfunction is relatively common. It is estimated that somewhere between one and four percent of men suffer from this or similar problems, often due to a trauma to the penis during sexual activity.

There are also a number of non-physical causes of erectile dysfunction, chief among which are depression and numerous anxiety disorders, both of which may be caused by the abuse of medication or illegal substances. Where erectile dysfunction is caused by psychological disorders, psychiatric therapy, counseling or antidepressants may be prescribed, although the course of treatment will always be tailored to the individual.

Perhaps the most common cause of erectile dysfunction, however, is an individual’s lifestyle. Excessive alcohol consumption has for centuries been associated with a difficulty achieving or maintaining erection, and modern clinical studies have confirmed the link. Cigarette smoking is another major cause of erectile dysfunction, with recent studies showing current smokers to be around twice as likely to suffer from erectile dysfunction, with ex-smokers showing a elevated incidence of impotence compared to who have never smoked. It is estimated that smoking, excessive drinking, diabetes, old age and medication are responsible for the erectile dysfunction of roughly half of all impotent men in America.

How to Cum More

October 24th, 2008 by Jim Johnson

How to Cum More Ejaculating a large quantity of semen is considered to be one of the surest signs of virility, and consequently many men are looking to discover how to cum more. Indeed, wishing to cum more is not just a matter of showing off; in simple terms more cum means more sperm, which means a greater chance of pregnancy for the female. What’s more, a greater number of shots of cums means a prolonged orgasm, another obviously desirable effect.

There are numerous factors which determine the volume of ejaculate, the most important of which is heredity (that is, your genes). Since it is impossible to change this, however, it is generally agreed that altering one’s diet is the easiest way to increase the volume of semen you ejaculate. There is anecdotal evidence which suggests that a diet high in leafy greens will likely help, and the fact that many of the components of semen are found in such foods lends such beliefs credibility.

But why bother eating vast quantities of certain foods when you can find all the necessary nutrition in supplements? Supplements containing amino acids are largely believed to increase the volume of ejaculate, as does zinc. The latter, in fact, is recommended by many healthcare professionals as it has been found to increase sperm motility, thus serving a useful purpose in conception.

So, those of you wanting to know how to cum more should look to take in more amino acids. Simple, right? Not quite. You see, there are twenty standard amino acids, some of which are more effective than others in increasing semen quantity. So what are the best amino acids for this purpose? L-Arginine HCL is usually the first name mentioned. Scientific studies have shown that sperm and semen volume can double in men taking L-Arginine HCL, which is also found naturally in high quantities in peanuts and almonds. Similarly, the amino acids L-Lysine and L-Carnitine have been shown to increases the body’s sperm production, particularly when taken in conjunction with zinc supplements.

There are also a number of herbal supplements which have proven effective for many men looking to cum more. Horny Goat Weed (or epimedium sagittatum to give it its proper name) is among the more popular of these, also having the effect of increasing the quality of erections. Likewise, Catuaba bark is a Brazilian herb said to improve male libido that many swear increases sperm volume, and pumpkin seed aids a healthy prostate, which is essential for good sexual health.

For a complete solution, however, nothing beats VolumePills hands down.
